Overload fees When determining the overload, a (a) maximum permissible total weight, (b) maximum permissible axle load, (c) maximum permissible mass group load fees charged for exceeding. In the determination of the fee to be paid for exceeding the maximum permissible axle load, if the axle of the vehicle is not more than one axle group exceeds the permissible value of the Regulation, only the maximum deviation axis shall be taken into account. In the determination of the overload due to exceeding the maximum permissible axle group load, if more than one axle group of vehicles exceeds the limit permitted under the Regulation, only the most discordant group of axles shall be taken into account. If the axle group of the vehicle and the load on an axle in a group of axles exceed the value permitted under the Regulation, only the maximum deviation shall be taken into account when determining the overweight.
